Possession
Sector D plots in DHA Bahawalpur
Sector D is in possession in DHA Bahawalpur, with 10 marla and 1 kanal plots. Villa Community is also in this sector. Those are two conversations: the sector sizes, and a community whose plot sizes are not listed.
Prices and plot numbers are not published on this page. Ask the desk what is free today.
The plots
Ask for 10 marla or for 1 kanal. Sector C also has 10 marla, and Sector C also has 8 marla. Sector F also has 10 marla and 1 kanal. On Sector F the 1 kanal plots are along Main Boulevard on Iqbal Avenue, and the University wall side is 8 marla.
Villa Community is possession. We do not publish a marla count for it. Use the villas page, and do not borrow the 10 marla or 1 kanal line as if it were the community's size.
How to ask
The Sector D map is on the maps page. It shows layout, not stock. A 10 marla house and a 1 kanal house have separate construction guides, and neither guide publishes a building price.
WhatsApp or call 0300 7814444. Say Sector D and the size, or say Villa Community if that is the enquiry.
