This policy explains how TOP Properties Developers & Builders handles personal information collected when someone submits a Meta Lead Ad, including Facebook and Instagram lead forms, for our property sales desk.

From those lead forms we receive the fields the person submits. That includes name, phone, and email when the form asks for them. We may also receive the form, ad, and the time the form was sent.

We use this information for sales follow-up: to call or message the person about the property or project they asked about.

We store the lead in the TOP Properties CRM used by our sales desk. Staff who handle enquiries can see it there. We do not sell this data. We do not sell name, phone, email, or other lead information.
